Managing Ill-Health at Work Training

Training session around managing ill health at work.

Providing attendees with in-depth guidance on the legislative context and best practices when faced with and having to manage short or long-term employee ill-health.

This training session will provide managers with the ability to proactively address situations concerning ill-health among staff, enabling them ot manage these individuals and situations in a manner that adheres to best practice and prevents exposing the employer to discrimination claims.

Attendees will be engaged by the specialist employment lawyers delivering the training with a range of examples of ill-health among staff that commonly arise within workplaces, testing and challenging attendees' knowledge, application and approach to dealing with each.
