Essentials for Managers Training

Providing your managers with the essential knowledge and practical guidance they need to confidently manage and supervise team members with policies, compliance and risk in mind.

Attendees will be provided with an introduction to many of the issues managers deal with. They will acquire an understanding of key legislation alongside an understanding of areas of risk in respect of potential claims.

Lawyers will discuss the role of manager/ supervisor, alongside the people skills and approaches that are a pre-cursor to and facilitate effective management. Attendees will be engaged with an exercise that considers a 'day in the life of a manager' touching on a range of workplace issues enhancing knowledge, application and learning.
