Formed in 1984, the Association seeks to maintain and endorse quality standards in the lead workers industry. The Association have an annual vetting procedure to ensure their stated Code of Practice, and thus quality standards of its members, are maintained. Any contractor not meeting the standards set out by the Association is required to withdraw from the membership, thus keeping standards high.
All members of the LCA are eligible for a free initial conversation with a construction solicitor from the specialist team at Holmes & Hills. This can act as a first point of contact for any legal issues or concerns you may have.
Members are able to take advantage of fixed-fee services in respect of contract reviews and the drafting of new contracts. This option allows for strengthening your own contracts, adding your own terms and conditions, or taking time to understand the commitments involved if signing a new contract.
