Taiwo works with anyone involved in a construction contract, including individuals, companies and government agencies. Typically, he assists with disputes between Employees and Contractors/Sub-contractors relating to payment, programme delays, breach of contract and/or defects.
Adding particular value to his clients, Taiwo leverages his varied background, having worked in both the public and private sectors on infrastructure and construction projects during his legal career. He has provided advice and drafted building contracts using various forms of JCT, suitably amended by terms of conditions.
Taiwo joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2024, following working in the construction disputes team at a national law firm. Taiwo is based at Holmes & Hills’ A12 Commercial Hub, Colchester (Marks Tey).
