Susana is a trainee solicitor, currently being mentored by Callie Tuplin in Holmes & Hills’ specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement Division.
Susana advises both companies and individuals on matters such as lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisements and collective enfranchisement.
She ensures she listens and understands her client’s issues and concerns, and prides herself on providing timely, efficient, and clear communication throughout the process.
Prior to beginning her training contract, Susana joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2022 as a business support administrator. In 2023, she then progressed to the role of paralegal in Holmes & Hills’ specialist Compulsory Purchase and Development Consent Division, where she assisted landowners and local authority clients in understanding their statutory rights and securing their maximum legal entitlements.
Susana is based between Holmes & Hills' Braintree and Coggeshall offices.
