Seray prides herself on her approachable, personable and proactive approach. She takes an interest in clients’ work, resulting in good relationships being built and advice being tailored according to her client’s unique situation. She has also had opportunities to see various property transactions first-hand giving her an advanced understanding of the nuances these matters may present.
Seray has 18 months of experience working as a residential and commercial property paralegal at another local law firm. She progressed to becoming a commercial property trainee solicitor at the same firm and was nearing qualification when joining Holmes & Hills Solicitors in November 2023.
Seray is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub in Marks Tey, Colchester.
