As a member of Holmes & Hills Solicitors Shared Ownership Division, Sarah deals with a variety of matters including shared ownership sales, purchases, re-mortgages and interim and final staircasing. In addition to this, Sarah will often take on any related purchases that clients may have as well as deals with regular plot sales on a local development. Sarah does not shy away from taking on something which is out of the norm.
With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, Sarah is an approachable and friendly figure who works hard to form positive and long-standing relationships with clients and professionals, keeping an open line of communication, whether by email or phone and making sure to provide regular updates to clients and professionals alike.

Sarah is a qualified Legal Executive who joined Holmes & Hills in October 2021 having worked at her previous firm for 17 years where she started as a Legal Secretary and progressed within.
Sarah is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ regional Head Office – the A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
