Sarah works with developers, property owners, and planning consultants to deliver specialist planning law information.
As a member of the Top Tier Legal 500 recommended Holmes & Hills Planning Law Department, Sarah acts for a wide range of clients in the public and private sector, including Councils and Developers. Her expertise and knowledge means that Sarah is able to advise on all aspects of general planning law and has a particular focus on negotiating and drafting S106 Agreements as well as Highways and other infrastructure agreements. Sarah also specialises in Public Rights of Way and Village Green and Commons matters.
Sarah approaches all client matters with an informed, professional approach which allows her to deliver a highly specialist service. Sarah has used this experience to become involved in Holmes & Hills planning law updates, which she has and continues to contribute to and present at.
Sarah joined Holmes & Hills LLP as a trainee solicitor in 2016 and is now a senior associate in the Planning Law Department.
