Ryan Hircock

Ryan Hircock is a trainee legal assistant in Holmes & Hills’ Shared Ownership Division, and he provides support to the Shared Ownership lawyers in order to progress and complete property transactions as efficiently as possible.

Ryan takes on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• New-build shared ownership purchases
• Shared Ownership sales
• Interim Staircasing
• Final Staircasing

Ryan prides himself on his communication skills, as well as placing client’s needs at the forefront of his approach when dealing with matters. He strives to build lasting relationships built on trust, transparency, and effective communication.

Ryan joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2024 as a business support administrator and has since progressed to becoming a trainee legal assistant. He is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office, the A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester.
