Rachel works with clients purchasing a new build property at the concluding stages of their transaction from post-exchange through to post-completion.
Working with Holmes & Hills' specialist new build property solicitors and shared ownership solicitors, Rachel works closely with the wider team to provide a smooth and efficient conveyancing service. Alongside Jordan Phelps, Rachel acts as the main client point of contact upon exchange while progressing the file to completion.

As well as ensuring clients experience a seamless completion, Rachel communicates with new build developers, keeping them well-informed of any issues that may arise.
Rachel has previously worked in the legal industry in roles dealing with the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion, this knowledge means she is well placed to be able to answer any queries that may arise.
Rachel joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in August 2022 and is based in the firm’s head office in Colchester.
