Melissa works within the Holmes & Hills' Private Client Department alongside specialist contentious probate solicitors Rachel Shaw and Cavelle Leigh.
Melissa assists with various civil claims in regard to Contentious Probate and Trust matters including challenges to the validity of a Will, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 as well as other probate matters.
Melissa joined Holmes & Hills in 2022 after completing her degree at the University of East Anglia as well as completing her LPC alongside working as a paralegal. Melissa completed her training contract with Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2024.
Melissa is based in the Holmes & Hills Solicitors' Sudbury office.
