Mark is a senior commercial property solicitor in the Holmes & Hills’ Commercial Property Department where he deals with matters such as:

• Landlord and tenant work
  • Such as new leases, lease renewal and lease transfers.
• Purchase and sale of land and commercial property
• Refinancing
• Conditional contracts
• Option agreements
• Advising on the property element on a business’ purchase or sale, including both leasehold and freehold matters

Mark prides himself on the fact that he is able to translate complicated legal jargon into easily digestible information for his clients, leading to clear and concise communication between solicitor and client.

Mark has over 20 years of experience where he has dealt predominantly with Commercial Property matters.

Mark joined Holmes & Hills in early 2024 and is based at the firm’s A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
