Working in partnership with colleagues, new employees, and organisations in East Anglia.

Leah works with Holmes & Hills employees on general HR enquiries as well as contacting and liaising with candidates for recruitment.

As an HR & Payroll Administration Assistant for Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Leah supports the wider Department on the day-to-day running, as well as with projects for recruitment and changes to contracts and contract variations.

Leah is responsible for producing the firm’s internal HR monthly newsletter which includes updates and information on processes and policies, colleague changes and anniversaries as well as internal events.

Leah prides herself on her friendly and approachable nature. She recently completed her HR apprenticeship and CIPD Level 3 qualification, and achieved a distinction in both courses. The course helped to provide Leah with a broad knowledge of the HR function and processes within a business.

Leah joined Holmes & Hills in 2023 and is based at the firm's A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
