Regarding residential property enquiries and quotes, Jack works with a wide range of individuals including first-time buyers, second steppers as well as businesses, and property investors, to provide them with a quick and efficient conveyancing quote for Holmes & Hills’ residential conveyancing services.
Moreover, Jack provides information and support in the first instance to individuals looking to make a clinical negligence or personal injury claim with Holmes & Hills’ Legal 500 recommended Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury Department. Jack is very sympathetic, and takes great care when dealing with these cases in the first instance.
Having worked in the property industry previously as an estate agent, Jack is able to understand and meet the needs of clients and do his part to begin the conveyancing process. Jack prides himself on building rapport with his clients, ensuring he is as helpful as possible before clients are instructed by a solicitor. He is also extremely efficient, ensuring that he communicates quotes to clients in an efficient manner, even during busy periods.
Jack joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2024 and is based at the firms Colchester (Marks Tey) office.
