As a member of Holmes & Hills’ specialist Shared Ownership Division, Jack specialises in dealing with matters relating to the sale of new build properties including acting for developers in their plot sales as well as for companies seeking to purchase properties on a shared ownership basis. Understanding the need for clear communication throughout the process, Jack ensures he keeps his clients up to date in a prompt and efficient manner.
Additionally, Jack also manages a number of elements for individuals relating specifically to shared ownership. This includes shared ownership staircasing, remortgaging, Help to Buy redemptions, and Transfers of Equity. Jack understands the complexity of these transactions and ensures he communicates with his clients in a clear and concise manner, enabling them to understand the various stages of the process.
Jack joined Holmes & Hills in March 2021 having previously worked for a large national law firm for more than 5 years.
