Hoshvan Sadiq

Hoshvan Sadiq is a solicitor in Holmes & Hills Solicitors' Planning Law Department.

He works closely with Sarah Hare (Senior Associate) and Jo Lilliott (Senior Solicitor) advising local planning authorities, developers, and landowners. Hoshvan advises on a variety of Planning Law matters with a particular focus upon S106 agreements. In addition to this, he works with clients on a broad range of other infrastructure agreements (such as S278, S38 and S104 agreements).

Hoshvan takes a client-oriented approach when dealing with matters, ensuring his assistance is commercially minded and personalised. He also prides himself on his efficiency and communication, ensuring that he keeps his clients up to date as to the progression of their matter and that his client’s goals are achieved within any specified timescales.

Before joining Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Hoshvan trained at a niche London law firm specialising in commercial and residential property transactions, which gives him an edge in advising developers on a multitude of issues related to property and development sites, to include potential title issues, in a proactive, professional but commercially minded way.

Hoshvan joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2025, and is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional head office - the A12 Commercial Hub – in Colchester (Marks Tey).
