Harry Grant

Harry works with professionals, business owners, and individuals who require litigation or dispute advice and resolutions.

As a member of Holmes & Hills' Dispute Resolution Department, Harry works with a mixture of local and national businesses, with a particular focus on Commercial Dispute Resolution. Additionally, Harry works with consumers, debt recovery clients, and individuals.

Harry works to thoroughly examine every aspect of his matters, allowing him to provide the detailed insight these cases require. Harry provides advice on a varied range of services, including:

• Franchise disputes
• Contract advice and disputes
• Consumer disputes
• Debt recovery
• Intellectual property and/or copyright disputes
• Non-commercial debt recovery
• Insolvency claims
• Enforcing county court judgments; and
• Applications to set aside county court judgments.

Harry joined Holmes & Hills in 2017 having previously completed work experience with the firm. Harry completed his Legal Practice Course and qualified as a solicitor, having previously achieved a law degree at the University of Essex in 2017.

Harry is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Marks Tey, Colchester.
