Emma Faulkner

Emma Faulkner is a solicitor and member of Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ specialist Private Client Department.

Emma assists individuals, couples, and families with essential matters such as:

• Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Drafting and updating Wills
• Handling Grants of Probate
• Estate Administration

With a friendly and empathetic approach, Emma strives to ease her clients’ stress, recognising that many are going through emotionally challenging times, such as bereavement. She ensures that she remains accessible to her clients to provide the most pragmatic and relevant advice.

Emma has been working in Private Client since 2018, so holds a wealth of experience and knowledge in the proceedings of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, and estate administration. She qualified as a solicitor in April 2023, and her academic credentials include a First Class Honours in Law from Greenwich University (2017) and a Master’s in Professional Legal Practice (2020).

Emma joined Holmes & Hills in 2024, and is based at the firms Witham office.
