David works with residential and commercial landlords, developers, and property owners to provide a varied range of property litigation advice.
As a member of the Dispute Resolution Department, David works with a number of clients including private clients, companies, and local authorities requiring property litigation advice. David is a senior associate and lead contact for property litigation at Holmes & Hills, specialising in commercial and residential Landlord and Tenant Law.

Prior to joining Holmes and Hills, David completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University and went on to gain further experience in property working at a law firm as a Conveyancing Paralegal. David joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in the spring of 2016 as a trainee solicitor initially working alongside Steven Hopkins in the Planning Law Department.
