As a senior member of Holmes & Hills Residential Property Department, David offers advice, support, and guidance at every stage of a transaction, be that on the telephone, by e-mail, or personally at the Holmes & Hills Braintree office.

David’s unique and extensive experience of residential conveyancing in the local housing market means he has an in-depth knowledge of any problems or pitfalls that may be encountered when buying or selling. Such knowledge at an early stage can help save time, money, and stress. David is able to advise on:

David has nearly 40 years of experience dealing with residential property cases. Having qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) in 1989, David has been with Holmes & Hills since 1987. Coupled with this experience, David has lived locally all his life; this gives him an unrivalled expert knowledge of the local property market.
