Charlotte acts on behalf of both employers and employees on both contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters.

Charlotte holds a wealth of experience dealing with various matters throughout Employment Law, including:

• Drafting contracts
• Disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Redundancy procedures
• Defending Employment Tribunal claims in their entirety

Charlotte always strives to do the best for her clients and provides them with a level of support and reassurance at what can be a stressful time or set of circumstances. She takes the time to understand her clients’ particular requirements and uses her experience to deliver practical, clear advice in a cost effective and personable manner.

Prior to joining Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Charlotte has 8 years of experience in Employment Law and HR matters acting for both employers and employees.

Charlotte joined Holmes & Hills in 2024 and is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Colchester (Marks Tey).
