Alexandra works with a broad range of clients to progress their property transactions in a quick and proactive manner.

As a member of Holmes & Hills’ Residential Property Department, Alexandra assists Vicky Bright on her residential conveyancing transactions including but not limited to:

• Purchasing and selling properties (freehold and leasehold)
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• First-time buyers

Alexandra prides herself on building relationships with clients from the outset. Alexandra is friendly, professional, approachable, and organised, always aiming to exceed her client's expectations.

Alexandra has over four years of experience in residential conveyancing transactions; including matters such as freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, Transfer of Equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.

Alexandra has a wealth of experience in the legal industry, having worked in the sector since September 2016.

Alexandra is currently studying CLC Levels 4 and 6 to become a Licensed Conveyancer.

Alexandra joined Holmes & Hills in November 2022 and is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors in Witham.
