Aimee Evenett

Aimee is a solicitor within Holmes & Hills’ Commercial Department and provides residential property support to the firm’s commercial clients.

Alongside colleagues in the Corporate and Commercial Department, Commercial Property Department, and Land and Development Division, Aimee aims to provide a seamless service to commercial clients while tending to their residential requirements. Aimee is able to advise on the following:

• Residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold, including the grant of new long residential leases, registered and unregistered, including barns for conversion);
• Transfers of equity and re-mortgages;
• Equity release (Aimee is on the Equity Release Council);
• Bridging finance;
• First registrations;
• Adverse possession claims; and
• Deeds of Easement.

Aimee joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2021 and is based in the firms’ regional head office in Colchester (Marks Tey). Prior to qualification, Aimee worked in local law firms for 5 years and, as such, is well-versed in property and conveyancing matters. Aimee prides herself on being client-focused, ensuring she establishes a clear understanding of the clients’ objectives to enable her to give pragmatic and timely advice.
