Holmes & Hills’ Shared Ownership Division to Exhibit at the London Home Show for the Fifth Time

Holmes & Hills’ specialist Shared Ownership Division will be exhibiting at Share to Buy’s London Home Show for the fifth time, reinforcing the firm’s long standing expertise in shared ownership and new-build property transactions.

What is the London Home Show?

The London Home Show is London’s original and largest event for first-time buyers, and is due to take place on Saturday 26^th April at the QEII Centre in Westminster.

Holmes & Hills Solicitors is proud to be a member of Share to Buy’s Shared Ownership Solicitors and Conveyancing Panel, further demonstrating its recognised expertise in handling Shared Ownership transactions. Key members of the Shared Ownership Division will be available throughout the day  to provide advice on the conveyancing process, and initial guidance on Shared Ownership transactions.

What is Shared Ownership?

Shared Ownership is an increasingly popular way for first-time buyers to get on the property ladder, and involves purchasing a percentage share of a property, and paying rent on the remaining percentage. Over time, buyers can increase their share of the property through a process called staircasing.

Charlotte Bryant will be delivering a talk explaining the legal conveyancing process for purchasing a shared ownership property. This session is highly anticipated following her successful presentation at the April 2024 London Home Show which was attended by over 80 attendees.
