Holmes & Hills Solicitors' new build and shared ownership specialist lawyers attended the first London New Home Show, hosted at the Business Design Centre in London.
The event was held for the first time in Islington, London over the last weekend of January 2024, having already been previously established in the Birmingham area.
Across the two-day event, Sarah-Louise Green, Charlotte Bryant, Jasmin Le, Jack Ball, Harley Claydon, Rachel Higgins and Callie Tuplin were all present to meet with the members of the public to discuss anything about buying a new-build or shared ownership property as well as provide useful information on the new build and shared ownership conveyancing process. Also in attendance at the event were a number of developers and mortgage brokers – all these services together are required to get on the property ladder.
As well as this, the weekend featured guest talks from architect and television presenter George Clarke and talks from property experts and television personalities Martin Roberts and Laura Hamilton.
