At the London Home Show: September 2022, Keeley Livingstone, Charlotte Brown, Jack Ball, Jessica Munday, Paige Hornabrook, and Phil Davies of Holmes & Hills Solicitors will be available to talk to the hundreds of potential shared ownership homeowners visiting the free event. As well as having an in-person presence, the Holmes & Hills team will provide these visitors with information on their stamp duty options, staircasing, mortgaging, and the difference between owning a leasehold, shared ownership property from a freehold, non-shared ownership home. Plus, by visiting the Holmes & Hills stand on the day, there will be an opportunity for attendees of the show to engage with the firm’s competition which they will be running on the event day only.

The team is looking forward to returning to this venue to exhibit at the Autumn show in October.
