Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ Commercial Property Team has been again recognised as one of the leading teams of specialist commercial property solicitors in the region by the Legal 500 directory of the UK’s top law firms and solicitors.
Working in partnership with developers, landowners, land promoters, property consultants, and business owners across East Anglia and the South East, the Legal 500 2022 comments the Holmes & Hills Commercial Property team are ‘highly reputed for development and land work’. They go on to emphasise individual team members as well as highlighting elements of the experienced team’s caseload where they are working with world-leading businesses and those matters which crosses international borders.
The large Commercial Property Team comprising 10 solicitors and two trainees, is led by Partner of the firm Rebecca Mason, who for the first time has been individually recognised by the Legal 500 2022 as a ‘Leading Individual’. Rebecca is noted as ‘spearheading the growth of the firms offering’ in the Commercial Property sphere, amongst her expertise in development and land issues.
