Holmes & Hills Solicitors in Braintree has expanded its new build conveyancing team with the addition of Zoe Edwards who joins as Post Exchange/Completion Assistant.
Zoe takes on the role having previously worked within the firm’s Business Support department for the past 7 months. Zoe will work closely alongside the lawyers in the new build team specifically from the point of exchange onwards. This varied role will encompass Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, invoices, First Registrations, Help to Buy submissions as well as regular contact with clients.
The firm’s new build team has grown considerably and has gone from strength to strength acting as recommended conveyancing solicitors across a number of new development sites over the South East, East Anglia and London. The team’s specialist knowledge means they have extensive experience in dealing with the swift exchange deadlines often required in the new build process, whether the property be leasehold or freehold, with or without part exchange or related sale and with or without Help to Buy assistance.
