Business lunches can provide a beneficial opportunity for local business leaders to network, discuss local issues and of course connect with contacts who they may be able to work with. Holmes & Hills Business Leaders Lunch combines this with a Guest Speaker from the Bank of England, in order to discuss the UK’s current economic situation in detail and answer any questions that businesses may have. The event will be hosted by Holmes & Hills Corporate and Commercial Solicitor Rachel Astill. Rachel, who has a wide range of experience as a solicitor, internationally and in the UK, will be joined by Mr Phil Eckersley, Bank of England agent in the South England and East Anglia regions.
Held on 10th July, the talk will be completely off the record and will answer questions and offer advice on topical issues such as current economic conditions, and will deliver valuable insight in to the UK’s economic prospects. Addressing the current questions in the South East business market, the talk will provide valuable for every business size, segment and industry.
Turbulence within the economy due to the upcoming departure from the EU means that many businesses have faced uncertainty and may wish to discuss the issues faced during this time, as well as the outlook for the future in local business. The talk and subsequent Q&A session will be followed by lunch at the racecourse.
