Holmes & Hills Solicitors has been nominated for the Small Supplier of the Year 2018 at the Crest Nicholson Regeneration Charity Awards and Dinner to be held on Thursday 29th November 2018.
Holmes & Hills conveyancing solicitors are on the panel of recommended solicitors for Crest Nicholson Regeneration and currently work across a number of their new build sites including: The Apex Apartments, Oakgrove and Upper Longcross.
The award nomination comes after a positive year for the new build conveyancing team at Holmes & Hills which has seen growth to the team with Molly Barrett and Holli Mason working exclusively on new build purchases, with a strong understanding of developer requirements and the need to meet the 28 day exchange deadline with new build purchases. As well as being on the panel of recommended solicitors for Crest Nicholson Regeneration, Holmes & Hills solicitors are recommended solicitors for a number of other regional and national developers.
Keeley Livingstone, Partner and Head of Residential Property Team commented: “We are really pleased to be nominated as a small supplier of the year for Crest Nicholson Regeneration, it’s a recognition of all the hard work the team have put in to ensuring each transaction is processed as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.”
The results will be announced during the charity awards and dinner on Thursday 29th November.
