Sam Bawden, Partner & Head of Litigation Team at Holmes & Hills will be presenting at the forthcoming Chartered Institute of Building Norwich Hub Adjudication Smash and Grab Update on Tuesday 24th April.
Sam has extensive experience in dealing with disputes that arise in the construction industry and regularly advises construction companies of all sizes on how to handle disputes.

As part of Sam’s presentation to the Chartered Institute of Building he will discuss Adjudication and Arbitration within the construction industry and the emphasis on seeking an early and commercially viable settlement as well as drawing on his own previous experience in dealing with such situations.
