Forward Corporate Finance set up to assist businesses in East

Clients of Holmes & Hills Solicitors may be interested in news of a new corporate finance company which launched this week, to assist businesses owners and managers in selling their businesses, acquiring a business or in management buy-outs, including strategic advice and financial advice in advance of embarking on any such project.

Rob Dukelow-Smith, previously of Price Bailey and a close acquaintance of Holmes & Hills Solicitors, has formed Forward Corporate Finance with Sarah Moores, also previously of Price Bailey.  Collectively, they have a wealth of experience advising business owners and managers, assisting them in achieving their business growth or sale strategies.

Commenting on the launch of Forward Corporate Finance, Mr Dukelow-Smith said:

Both Rob and Sarah have led successful careers in corporate finance. Sarah’s career started some 15 years ago with McKinsey & Co where she predominately dealt with multi-national companies. Her passion though, lay in advising and assisting SMEs. Sarah joined Corporate Finance Ireland (which is now part of Duff & Phelps) where she dealt with SMEs in Dublin. Upon returning to the UK Sarah advised private equity firms during her time at Liberty Corporate Finance and SMEs in the East of England whilst with Price Bailey. Sarah has experience advising on deals over £50m as well those valued under £10m, relating to companies operating in a wide range of industries, including veterinary, manufacturing, media and catering.

Rob has spent his entire career in corporate finance in the East of England. This began at Bird Luckin (now Rickard Luckin), then Baker Tilley, followed by Price Bailey, where he met his now business partner. Rob specialises in advising business owners and managers on their exit and growth strategies, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, management buy-outs and business sales. Like Sarah, Rob’s experience covers a range of industries including manufacturing, facilities management, logistics, online retail and property development.

Rob’s business partner, Sarah, said of the launch:
