Planning Law Solicitors become Editors of the Precedents volume of Planning Law Practice and Precedents

Planning law solicitors at Holmes & Hills were pleased to be involved as Editors in the publication of the Twenty-third Edition of the Precedents volume of the highly regarded publication Planning Law: Practice and Precedents (published by Sweet & Maxwell, which is part of Thomson Reuters).

Planning Law: Practice and Precedents is a looseleaf work which is updated three times a year, with the Precedents volume updated and reissued once a year.  The title is available both in print format and on WestlawUK.  It provides guidance to planning law practitioners and assists them in solving the legal issues and problems they are likely to face in day-to-day practice, whether as in-house counsel or legal adviser to clients. 

This publication deals with all aspects of town and country planning, including providing:

  • full explanation of planning Law and practice
  • coverage of practical issues faced by both local authority planning personnel and those working in the private sector
  • accompanying volume containing an extensive range of precedents and forms
