For the second year running, Holmes & Hills Solicitors in Sudbury will be the main sponsor for the popular Taste of Sudbury’s Food and Drink Festival, taking place on 14 June.
The event, which is in its third year is held in Sudbury and is run by Sudbury Town Team a voluntary non-profit organisation. The festival celebrates local businesses offering high quality local goods and with over 60 local producers and restaurants expected to attend, there is plenty of opportunity to taste some of the local produce.
Following the announcement of this year’s programme, the event which is being held on Sunday 14 June, will offer a range of cooking demonstrations in the town centre stage, as well as free taster sessions from the range of stall holders attending including everything from ice cream to pies.
Lesley Dolphin of BBC Radio Suffolk will open the festival on the main stage on Market Hill, followed by a number of demonstrations from chefs including Alan Paton from Stoke by Nayland Hotel and Nick Barrett from Scutchers of Long Melford .There is also the chance for visitors to try milking cows with SB Surveyors!

The Sudbury Town Team is a voluntary not-for-profit group promoting the business interests of local businesses in Sudbury and the surrounding areas. The group is headed up by the Town Centre Development Manager for Sudbury, Jane Hatton and is also made up of a number of representatives from local businesses including Sam Bawden and Rebecca Mason of Holmes & Hills Solicitors.
