Holmes & Hills’ specialist division of construction solicitors has once again been invited to speak at the annual Scaffolding Conference organised by the industry’s largest association by membership count, The Scaffolding Association.

Attended by hundreds of scaffolding and access industry business leaders and growing in attendance and scale every year, the event provides industry players the opportunity to discuss key and topical issues, as well as hear from industry leaders and suppliers on important topics.
Holmes & Hills Solicitors has delivered talks at the annual Scaffolding Conference for several years since its launch, covering key legal issues from a practical and commercial stand point, with the benefit of speaking from the experience of having advised a large number of scaffolding contractors in a wide range of disputes with main contractors and employers.
Sam Bawden and Lawrence Pearce, both Partners in Holmes & Hills specialist Construction Division and whom both regularly advise scaffolding companies, will be speaking, with content to be confirmed closer to the date.
