Planning Law Update - Rayleigh

Holmes & Hills’ Team of Planning Law solicitors will be in Rayleigh this October to present their 7th annual series of Planning Law Update.

The Team will provide an update on important changes to planning legislation and recent case law developments, discussing the implications of these for property, development and planning professionals.

In addition to delivering an update on Planning Law, there will be the opportunity for delegates to put questions to the floor or ask them of a speaker on a one-to-one basis.

Last year’s Planning Law Update seminars were attended by over 300 delegates across Essex and Suffolk; including residential and commercial property developers, local authority planning officers, planning consultants, property and land consultants, surveyors and architects from across the region, making the programme the largest of its kind in the region.

This year's event covers:  

• The Housing and Planning Act 2016
• Local and neighbourhood planning
• Permissions in principle
• Starter homes / affordable housing
• Case Law update
