Our shared ownership solicitors will be on hand to advise you from the first steps in obtaining a conveyancing quote, right through to your completion, and staircasing, should that be required.
In attendance will be key members of the Holmes & Hills Solicitors Shared Ownership and New Build Division, including Sarah-Louise Green, Charlotte Bryant and Jack Ball, as well as Leasehold Enfranchisement Specialist Callie Tuplin and Trainee Solicitor Shirin Lee.
Also, Charlotte Bryant will be delivering a talk at the London Home Show, explaining the legal conveyancing process for purchasing a shared ownership property.
