Cate Cussell is a Senior Solicitor in Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ New-Build Department. Cate holds over 10 years worth of experience dealing with both residential and commercial property transactions locally in Essex, and further afield.
Cate specialises in New Build and Shared Ownership purchases, as well as related property transactions, including house sales, re-mortgages and developer plot sales. She works closely with both individual buyers, including first-time buyers and developer clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
Cate is known for her friendly and approachable nature. She has extensive knowledge on the conveyancing process allowing her to provide detailed updates so clients can remain as informed as possible about their property transactions. Amy Miller is the conveyancing Post-Exchange Lead at Holmes & Hills Solicitors, and is responsible for the management of other Post-Exchange staff, in addition to her own day to day responsibilities.
Amy’s role as Post Exchange Lead consists of helping clients through the last stages of selling/buying residential property, from exchange of Contracts through to post-completion. Amy also deals with more complicated completions involving transfers of equity and remortgages.
Amy adopts a friendly and professional approach with every client, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. She provides helpful support and maintains professionalism throughout every stage of the transaction process.
