Hoshvan Sadiq is a solicitor in Holmes & Hills Solicitors' Planning Law Department.

Chloe Waterhouse is a Conveyancing Technician in Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ New Build Department and specialises in working with individuals and developers on new-build property transactions.
Chloe assists both first-time buyers and experienced investors, dealing with a wide variety of matters, including primarily new-build purchases, as well as freehold sales and purchases and remortgages. Furthermore, Chloe advises on schemes such as the redemption of the Help to Buy loan.

Burcu is a specialist property litigation solicitor who works primarily with residential landlords, in order to provide personable and pragmatic advice to help them resolve their legal disputes.
