Jordan works with clients purchasing a new build property, at the later stages of their transaction. She is responsible for the post-completion formalities ensuring Holmes & Hills’ clients experience a seamless completion.
As a member of Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ specialist New Build Department and Shared Ownership Division therein, Jordan works within the large team to provide a consistent new build conveyancing service. Jordan is responsible for the legal formalities after the point of exchange, including registration and post-completion documentation.
As well as this, Jordan ensures clients and developers are kept updated with any developments or issues as the transaction finalises.
Alongside, Rachel Higgins, Jordan acts as a primary point of contact upon exchange and is able to answer any questions that may arise. Jordan prides herself on being kind, friendly, and personable and she is always willing to help when she can.
Jordan joined Holmes & Hills in late 2022 from another local law firm. Jordan is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors in Colchester (Marks Tey).
