Sarah-Louise Green works with regional developers of various sizes, acting for the purchasers at these developments across East Anglia, the Southeast, and London in buying and selling a new-build property.
As an executive senior associate and head of Holmes & Hills' New-Build Department, Sarah has a dual role that encompasses the management of the specialist new build and shared ownership lawyers, and their support staff in the team, as well as dealing with all matters concerning the purchase of new-build freehold, leasehold and shared ownership property.
Sarah-Louise has worked on new build property transactions for over 5 years, building up strong relationships with various developers, albeit she has worked in the residential property sphere for over 20 years. Therefore, Sarah-Louise is adept at working with purchasers and development sales teams to deal with their property transactions in the tight timeframe set by developers at the outset. With her many years of experience, Sarah can manage the expectations of both parties, in particular those individuals, couples, and families purchasing a newly built home who are likely, not only new to the new build conveyancing process but the conveyancing process in general.
Sarah-Louise works collaboratively with the firms Land and Development Division to provide the continuity of service in preparing full site set up for developments of varying size through to the individual plot sales.
Sarah-Louise prides herself on her patience, and ability to listen to clients, often those individuals purchasing a new home can find parts of the conveyancing process hard to understand, but Sarah gives her clients the time to express their concerns and will explain the more complicated parts of the new build conveyancing process to her client in simple terms to help alleviate their worries.
Furthermore, Sarah-Louise prides herself on being approachable and keeping her clients, and the developers, well-informed. She ensures there is a continual loop of communication between all parties with the aim of pre-empting both parties' next question and providing as much information to each party as possible.
Sarah-Louise works with the growing team of new-build specialist residential conveyancing lawyers, who are named as panel solicitors on several development sites across East Anglia, the Southeast, and London.
Sarah-Louise is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester.
