After a 2-year hiatus, spaces are booking fast for the Holmes & Hills Solicitors' annual Planning Law updates.
In 2019, over 450 property, planning, land, and development professionals booked to attend across the six dates and venues. The 2022 events are likely to welcome an excess of this number with over 300 bookings already taken to date. As leading specialists in their field, Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ Planning Law solicitors had, prior to the pandemic, been hosting these successful events for over a decade, and are pleased to be delivering these popular events in person once again.
The topics covered vary annually, depending on what is most important and pressing from a Planning Law perspective for those working in local authority and those in the private sector.
This year, the Holmes & Hills Planning Law team is covering:
• Proposed reforms of S106 / CIL
• Proposed changes to the 4-year rule and the enforcement regime
• Points to note from the Levelling-Up and Regeneration Bill
• An overview of Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs) and Development Consent Orders (DCOs)
• Important Case Law Update
The series of events will be run across Essex and Suffolk in Autumn 2022, in the first week of October.
