Kirsty works internally with Holmes & Hills partners, managers, and employees and externally with recruitment consultants and benefit, pension, and training providers in support of the firm's HR function.
As HR manager for Holmes & Hills, Kirsty works on the firm's talent management, resourcing, and recruitment opportunities, writing and updating policies and procedures, employee relations and engagement, as well as performance management and the firm's rewards and benefits schemes.
Kirsty is able to use her previous experience, qualifications, and H&H knowledge to provide high-quality, practical, and timely assistance and advice. She is a generalist HR professional with an approachable and empathetic approach and is, therefore, able to provide support on the full spectrum of HR activities.
Kirsty completed a post-graduate HR qualification and is also a member of the CIPD (the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development). Kirsty has worked in HR since graduating predominantly within financial services and banking in the City.
Kirsty is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Marks Tey, Colchester.
