The department currently has a vacancy for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join its ranks.
The Commercial Property Team at Holmes & Hills is Led by Partner of the firm Rebecca Mason, who is individually recognised by the Legal 500 2021 as a Next Generation Partner for her expertise in development and land issues. Rebecca advises the firm’s land-owning and developer clients on issues such as development site disposal and acquisition, option agreements with national developers, promotion agreements, development finance matters, as well as consortium agreements.
Philippa Jerram, senior solicitor within the department, was also personally named and recommended by editors of the Legal 500 for her specialist expertise in agricultural property matters, in recognition of her agricultural client base across East Anglia.
