Charlotte works with purchasers of new-build properties, their mortgage brokers, and developers' sales teams in order to provide a smooth, efficient, and stress-free transaction.
As a member of Holmes & Hills' New-Build Department and Shared Ownership Division therein, Charlotte advises and represents clients purchasing new-build properties, from first-time buyers through to experienced investment. Charlotte advises on schemes such as Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Forces Help to Buy, as well as being experienced in dealing with Help to Buy ISAs and Lifetime Interest ISAs.
Charlotte is able to draw on her experience in a varied portfolio of property transactions and knowledge of developers’ sales processes to provide a professional and proactive service to all clients.
In previous roles, Charlotte has gained valuable knowledge from dealing with a range of commercial, residential, and new build property matters. In recent years, Charlotte has focused on assisting clients in navigating new-build property transactions, both off-plan and where already built.
As a member of the panel for a number of large developers, Charlotte can utilise her wide range of property law experience to progress transactions efficiently and keep the client informed at every step of the way, ensuring the developer’s deadlines are met.
