Holmes & Hills' Construction Law solicitor, Sam Bawden will be delivering a free talk in Briantree providing attendees with guidance of how to deal with construction disputes, including covering Adjudication procedure and tactics, enforcement of Adjudicators’ Decisions in the Technology and Construction Court and the latest important case law surrounding Adjudication that you need to be aware of so as to protect your company.
Attendees will also hear from leading Construction Law barrister, Rob Stokell of Crown Office Chambers, who will discuss the issue of terminating a construction contract.
