Sue Carlile

Sue works with clients to plan for their and their loved-ones' futures or deal with the death and estate of a family member.

As a senior associate in Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ specialist Private Client Department, Sue has particular expertise in dealing with all aspects of Will writing, including the most complex circumstances, Powers of Attorney, administration of Estates, Trusts, and Tax.

Sue is able to draw on her years of experience to provide her clients with an in-depth and personal service that is tailored to accommodate their individual needs and circumstances. Sue advises on issues such as:

• Minimising the risk of your Will being disputed by beneficiaries, or those not named

Sue qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and has practised in Braintree for most of her career. Sue has extensive experience and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Sue is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors in Braintree.
