Edward Popham

Edward works with clients to make detailed plans and provisions for their and their loved-ones’ futures or deal with the death and estate of a family member.

As a senior member of the Holmes & Hills' Private Client Department, Edward specialises in advising on all aspects of the preparation of Wills, including complex and bespoke matters, Inheritance Tax planning, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Edward provides all his clients with an in-depth professional service that is tailored to the specific needs of each individual client. Topics that Edward is able to offer specialist advice on include:

SFE members take into account any difficulties, whether mental or physical to enhance decision making, providing independent advice that is in the best interests of the client.
