About the Federation of Metal Roofing Contractors

Formed in 2006, the Federation seeks to support the craftsmen and women involved in the supported metal roofing business. While there are other types of metal roofing, notably, unsupported ‘longstrip’ industrial metal roofing, the Federation is focused on traditional metal roofing which requires a greater skills knowledge. There is a growing demand for the expertise of members from both the heritage sector, and modern architectural design.

Free initial consultations for FTMRC members

All members of the FRMRC are eligible for a free initial conversation with a construction solicitor from the specialist team at Holmes & Hills. This can act as a first point of contact for any legal issues or concerns you may have.

Fixed-fee contract reviews and drafting for FTMRC members

Members are able to take advantage of fixed-fee services in respect of contract reviews and the drafting of new contracts. This option allows for strengthening your own contracts, adding your own terms and conditions, or taking time to understand the commitments involved if signing a new contract.

Preferential and success-linked fee structures

The experience Holmes & Hills Solicitors has in dealing with roofing contractors allows for understanding of all manner of issues relating to the industry, and have successfully dealt with them.

Holmes & Hills experience of dealing with roofing contractors provides them a wealth of experience successfully dealing with the issues contractors are presented with. This experience allows for, where appropriate, Holmes & Hills to agree with members a success-linked fee structure whereby, for example, a member only pays a legal fee in the event Holmes & Hills is successful in recovering monies owed.
