Jonathan Povey

Jonathan Povey is a paralegal and a member of Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ specialist Private Client Department.

Jonathan assists his clients with a variant of personal legal matters, including but not limited to:

• Drafting and updating wills
• Creating will trusts
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Administration of Estates.

Committed to ensuring that his clients’ wishes are fully realised, Jonathan takes a personable and empathetic approach. He understands that clients often go through difficult times, and aims to make processes like creating a will or setting up Lasting Power of Attorneys as simple and stress-free as possible. Jonathan provides objective advice, ensuring his clients’ decisions reflect their true wishes without the influence of moral obligations or external pressures.

Jonathan joined Holmes & Hills in 2024 after spending over 2 years at another firm, and he is based at the firms’ Braintree office.
