As a trainee solicitor in Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ Legal 500 recommended Commercial Property Department, Harriett assists the firm’s specialist commercial property solicitors when advising clients on matters such as:

  • Sales and purchases of commercial property (freehold and leasehold)
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Voluntary first registrations
  • Property finance (inc. refinancing)
  • Landlord and tenant matters

Harriett prides herself on her approachable, personable and proactive approach, and communicates information both clearly and concisely to her clients.

Harriett joined Holmes & Hills in 2024, and is based at the firm's regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Colchester.
